Returns & Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item needs to be return, please send an email at with your full name, order number, date of purchase and the reason for your return. This must be done within 10 days of receiving your order. We will let you know the following steps. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 10 days from receipt.

​Upon receiving approval, please send back your item to the address specified on the email. Item must be returned new and in their original condition. Product may not be returned after being washed, damaged, stained, exposed to cigarette smoke or other types of damaging odors, worn, tags removed or deemed not in the same condition in which it was delivered. Please include all designer packaging otherwise the return will not be accepted. All approved returns can be obtained for store credit or refunds.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returned orders, unless the return is made because the item is defective. All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us at

​The buyer is responsible for any return postage, shipping insurance and any applicable taxes or fees. Please carefully pack your item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.

Made-to order, discounted and sale items are final sale. These items are not eligible for a return.

​Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
